Stage 1 — Patentability
Standard Stage 1: Patentability + Prior Art + Invention Development.
Stage 2 and complex projects are scoped by agreement, typically around $4,500 to $25,000 depending on technical complexity and project scope.
We pressure-test the invention from an examiner’s perspective first: prior art, novelty, inventive step, technical gaps and defensible claim directions are assessed before drafting and filing.

Final professional fees depend on technical complexity, claim scope and the agreed project scope. Official fees and third-party costs are separate.
The service is structured as a staged engagement so patentability, development and filing decisions remain explicit and traceable.
